If you purchased a product from our website (www.geekedcstore.com) and are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund*.
RETURN POLICY
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused, and received in its brand new, original condition. All hangtags must be attached, and each item must be shipped in its original packaging.
We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Outbound and return shipping costs and customs/import duties and taxes are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the product(s) to us.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
When returning MULTIPLE ORDERS, each order must be sent separately according to return instructions.
Products purchased through TacticalGeek's Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns are non-refundable.
Items marked as 'Final Sale', items in the Outlet section, and replacement items are non-refundable and non-returnable except for defects in materials and workmanship.
Once returns are initiated, they must be sent back to us within 30 days.
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is a warranty defect.
Gifts
Any promotional items or gifts included with the purchase must also be returned in their original, unused condition. Failure to return the promotional items may result in a deduction from the total refund amount.
