2. How many days will it take to receive my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
Shipping time depends on the destination country. For most locations, standard postal service delivery takes 15–20 days. Please allow for potential delays due to customs or local courier services.


3. Product Maintenance & Cleaning Instructions

For Folding Knives:

  • Please do not disassemble or attempt to lubricate the knife yourself, as this may void the warranty.

For Bags:

  • To clean, use a soft brush to gently remove dust and dirt.

  • For deeper cleaning, rinse with water and allow it to air dry naturally.

  • If stained by oil, clean with mild detergent, rinse, and dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight or excessive heat exposure.


4. How do I get warranty support?

If your product appears defective, please contact us with photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us quickly evaluate and provide the appropriate solution.


5. Why do the logos on bags, knives, and tools look different?

Tactical Geek uses three different logos across our product lines (bags, knives, and tools), but they are all part of the same unified brand identity — Tactical_Geek.
